中文简体The shut-off valve is a kind of actuator in the automation system. It is composed of a multi spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator or a floating piston actuator and a regulating valve. It receives signals from the regulating instrument and controls the cut-off, connection or switching of the fluid in the process pipeline. The utility model has the characteristics of simple structure, sensitive response, reliable action, etc. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industrial production departments. The air source of pneumatic shut-off valve requires filtered compressed air, and the medium flowing through the valve body should be liquid and gas without impurities and particles. Single seat, sleeve and three-way shut-off valve can be selected according to the allowable differential pressure, medium characteristics and process pipeline requirements.
The shut-off valve is mainly used in the following occasions:
1. It is connected with the combustible gas leakage monitoring instrument. When the instrument detects the combustible gas leakage, it will automatically and quickly close the main gas supply valve, cut off the gas supply, and timely stop the occurrence of malignant accidents.
2. It is connected with the limit temperature and pressure safety controller of the thermal equipment. When the temperature and pressure at the detection point in the equipment exceed the set limit value, it will automatically and quickly close the gas supply valve and stop the fuel supply.
3. It is connected with the central fire alarm system of the high-rise building. In case of fire in the building, the gas supply in the building will be cut off automatically to prevent the occurrence of gas explosion.
4. ZCR gas emergency shut-off valve is set in the gas supply network of the city or factory, which can be controlled centrally in the central control room and remotely shut down the pipeline gas supply at the accident site.
