Brief introduction of copper valve manufacturers, there are generally two types of maintenance for regulating valves: one is preventive maintenance, which mainly refers to preventive maintenance measures taken to ensure the reliable operation of regulating valves before failures occur, including on-site installation and use of regulating valves A series of preventive measures taken in the process; the second is failure maintenance, that is, a series of maintenance work carried out when the control valve cannot meet the operation requirements under failure conditions, usually completed in the production workshop, and can be directly repaired on the pipeline in special cases.
1. Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance is the planned maintenance before the failure of the control valve. It can be understood as daily maintenance and usually includes the following tasks.
2. Pressure release
Due to the combination or improper installation of pipelines, various stresses will occur, such as thermal stress caused by high-temperature medium, stress caused by unbalanced fastening force during installation, and stress caused by some artificial collisions with regulating valves and their pipelines. These stresses act on the control valve and its piping, which can easily affect the performance of the control valve. In severe cases, it will affect the regulating system itself, resulting in deformation of the valve stem and conduit, which cannot be aligned with the valve seat; for a regulating valve with a split valve body, the flange of the valve body can be disassembled; the pressure may also cause leakage of the valve seat, etc. Therefore, stress should be avoided or eliminated at any time, and stress should be kept away from the regulating valve.
